Q:What do I need to make use of Ultivoice?A:An account on this website and a land line to get called or install (free) voip software or hardware for even cheaper calls.
Q:How do you mean 'get called'? What is this callback?
A:If you enter the two numbers in your secured area on our pages (menu callback). The system calls you, if you pick up then the second number is tried and connected to you. For security reasons you might need to enter your card id the first time you use this service.
Q:How do I charge my account balance with credits?
A:Get yourself a free Paypal account, Paypal handles payments through bank accounts or credit cards.
Q:Why should I use Ultivoice instead of one of the other internet phone solutions.
A:Because with us you get a great service and still very low rates.
Q:Can I call a helpdesk for support.
A:If you really need some help over the phone we will call you, just send us an email
Q:Can I get my money back?
A:If you are not happy with our service you can get your money back. Let us know
Q:It doesn't work, what can I do?
A:Let us know what your problem is using our email form.
Q:Do you support Asterisk, SIP and IAX ?
A:Yes we do support all of that, if you have any problems let us know.
Q:What about conference call, voicemail and dial in numbers?
A:We are working on it, let us know what you would really need and I'll give it some priority.
Q:Is there a test number I can try?
A:Call the Mouselike.org test service at 441483604781. You do need some credit.
Q:Can people call me on my SIP device?
A:Yes! People can call you by dialing in on a national number found here. Then they enter *9527<your-card-id>.
